Q: What methods of payment do you accept? 

A: We currently accept the following:

Q: Are you available for other custom projects?

A: As well as being a brand, we also act as a custom design studio and are available to take on custom design and illustration work on a limited basis. Please email us at grumpygoatco@gmail.com with details about your project and someone will get back to you shortly.

Q: Is my transaction secure? 

A: We take care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using SSL encryption technology to secures the connection between your browser and the website you’re visiting, especially when it comes to your name, address, and credit card number. Your private information cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.

Q: Do you offer custom wedding invitations?

A: Yes, we offer a full range of personalized wedding invitations! Please email grumpygoatco@gmail.com with the subject line: wedding, for a catalog and more information. At this time, we offer wedding invitations by request.

Q: What are your operating hours?

A: Our team works hard around the clock, and we operate Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Q: The product I want to order is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

A: Please email grumpygoatco@gmail.com and kindly let us know what product you are interested in. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with information about the product you're looking for. 

Q: Do you observe any holidays throughout the year? 

A: Grumpy Goat Co. will be closed on the following days in observance of the holidays:

  • New Year's Day (1 January)
  • 2 Australia Day (26 January)
  • Good Friday Friday (30 March)
  • Easter Weekend (30 March  - 2 April)
  • Anzac Day (25 April)
  • Queen's Birthday (11 June)
  • Bank Holiday (6 August)
  • Labour Day (1 October)
  • Christmas Week (25 December - 31 December)

Please note, depending on when these holidays fall throughout the year we may be closed additional days other than those listed.



Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes! We're based in Sydney, Australia, but we've made an effort to provide international shipping options to anywhere in the world. More information in  Domestic & International Shipping Info

Q: When can I expect my order to ship?

A: All orders will ship from our office here in North Sydney within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. We currently do not ship any items on Saturday or Sundays, and any orders placed after noon on Friday will be posted the next business day.

Q: How does the ordering process work?

A: If you've placed a personalized order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your details. Once you confirm your details and a digital proof is sent to you, your order is non-refundable and will ship in about 2–3 weeks from your order date. If you ordered one of our non-custom options, we will process your order and send your item(s) within 1-3 days. Please note any additional information you may want included on your personalized item(s) is subject to Grumpy Goat Co.’s approval and may ultimately not be included on the item due to the design and integrity of the product.

Q: If items in my order are shipped separately, will I be charged extra shipping costs?

A: No, you will not incur any additional shipping costs and will only be charged the amount you were quoted during the checkout process.

Q: What is Grumpy Goat Co.'s return policy?

A: Unused and unopened orders can be returned within 15 days upon delivery. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable, within 1-3 business days. Used, opened, final, and sale items cannot be returned.  Once personalized items are confirmed, they are no longer eligible for return. 

Q: Does my order qualify for a return?

A: Orders may be returned so long as:

  • The order is new, unused/unworn, and unopened
  • The order is returned within 15 days of delivery
  • The order was not purchased on final sale
  • The order is not a custom purchase

Q: Can I find out the status of my order? 

A: Please email our customer care team at grumpygoatco@gmail.com and they will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.

Q: Can you help me with gift-giving and bulk orders? 

A: Email grumpygoatco@gmail.com with the details of your event and/or bulk order and our team will respond to you within a few days regarding your request.

Q: If I order other items along with personalised items, will everything ship together? 

A: If you are shipping your items outside of Australia, your entire order will be packaged together once your personalized items are ready to ship. If you are shipping your items within Australia., your personalized items will ship separately from the additional items you ordered. 

Q: Can I cancel my personalised order?

A: Once you confirm your details and you've approved the proof, your order is non-refundable and may not be canceled.

Q: Can I use the personalised images from my order for a logo or artwork on my blog/website/etc?

A: All digital images used during the proofing process are sole property and copyright of Grumpy Goat, Inc. and cannot be used for personal logo design or reproduction outside of Grumpy Goat Co. All illustrations (custom and template) are copyright of Grumpy Goat, Inc and may not be reused without permission. If you have any further questions, please email us at grumpygoatco@gmail.com.

Q: What happens if my package says it's marked 'delivered,' but I haven't received it yet?

A: If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:

  • Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
  • Reach out to your local post office or FedEx facility.
  • Contact our team at grumpygoatco@gmail.com and include your order number.

We kindly ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 10 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as ‘delivered,’ we are no longer responsible for the particular package.

Please note, Grumpy Goat Co. is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
